World bosses are 15 mins respawn, but the legendary chests could be up to 30 mins (I believe it's random between 15-30 mins). afaik all other dungeon bosses have a 15 mins respawn timer except for Thag in The Wine Cellar, which is an hour. You dont need to leave. The bosses will respawn in 15 mins with default settings.

Depending on area, they can vary abit. T4 in south will have 1500-2500. (some have way more) t4 from Volcano, will have 5-8k on good ones.
