Typically when I when into My Account, under Plan it said something like "You are receiving this benefit because of your Xfinity Plan". That was not showing anymore. So now with the $25 credit the prior Xfinity Chat agent provided, I went ahead and subscribed to the Peacock Premium Plan at $5.99/month. Hoping this issue …
That is not correct, and I definitely apologize for that information, but Peacock is our own app created and managed by Comcast/Xfinity! We are aware of a known issue as mentioned that our engineers are currently working to resolve these issues to ensure all customers that are eligible are able to redeem their offers!Everyone has seen that on their bill for the past few weeks. You need to wait for the elusive banner that links you to the Peacock website to actually activate the offer. Then, when you view your Peacock account (not your Xfinity account), it will show the premium subscription there. And you will be able to view all content. Additional information. I was told I only had to sign into Peacock using my xFinity user ID and pw. Naturally that did not work. Not on the xFinity Flex 4K, Roku, Android or Apple TV. That Flex 4K was free forever as well.
